Ahh. Jumping into a project with enthusiasm, only to learn it's done some other way. I've been there.

It's not an issue at all with the game or devs lmao.
It meant I had put way too much time into making the skeletal model, and had to do a lot of backtracking if I wanted it to be a static model.
Honestly, it's not that much work to even do. I'm just lazy. The project was basically done so I said screw it and posted it.

I couldn't make it a TimeStop hat because, for some reason, the TimeStop hat is the only one that uses a static mesh model, instead of a skeletal one, which is what the helmet model is.
Setting it as a TimeStop flair just makes it load the regular TimeStop hat.
