I might go back to it when I finally get some holidays, or in summer, or when Warhammer 3 comes out, but it's just easier to consider it abandonned, especially when there is a working mod out there.
I finally figured out how to restore the completed quest battles. They are stored in Preferences\FrontendQuestUnlocks. You do that by using a value from 0-4 (difficulty) in a line like this: <value name="wh2_dlc10_hef_alarielle_star_of_avelorn_stage_5" type="integer">2</value>
As it is now, under the FrontedQuestBattles, I can only see the ones I have completed. How do I know what is the name of each quest battle? Let's say If I want to add all Empire quest battles that I completed before formatting and before knowing how to do this? Is there a list somewhere?
Good Luck with your Studies!
I've just changed computer (last month) and I just realised I had an older version of RPFM (and KMM although just 1.8.11 instead of 12), fixed it, but didn't help so..
Yeah, maybe I'll go back to if after my exams (so mid january) but until then.. nice that you were able to do it ^^
Anyway i would suggest you using RPFM, love this one so much:D
What modding tool are you using for yours?
So if it's CA who did something wrong and they fix it, then I'll try again, but as of now, it's out of my league.
I don't think I can do it.
Hopefully, someone else will be able to do it like: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1607558503
But as of now, I don't think I can update the mod anymore.
Like how can it break the elector counts when it was working fine before?
@Onyxian the thing with Drycha (and Throt for the matter) is annoying yes, but it shouldn't break all the other things such as forest healing, elector counts etc..
And it's something I have dealt before like with Grom with his ingredient when he gets his axe. But I've tried do it with Throt and it wasn't working for some reason.. I think I need to dive deep into it, but because of studies I can't really spend too much time on it, so if I can't do it this weekend, I don't think I'll be able to do it at all.
I hate the quest item grind, and this mod was a QoL fix that made the game far more enjoyable. Good luck updating it for the new patch!
As I said, I'll look into it over the Weekend, but if I can't find the problem, I think I might just give up tbh
Not updated yet so items won't work, but no problems with UI.
If you wanna look into it, personally I'm using RPFM, it's quite easy to understand.
Awee okay I thought it would be simple too but I got no clue about modding. Anyway this is better than nothing and fine too and also I can confirm it works with SFO ^.^
It really feels so stupid that the AI gets everything without quest battles and as much as I like quest battles why are the quests before them so dumb and require me to go against my objectives x.x
@Kungen I have actually absolutely no idea...... would can you tell me if it does?
@AATKAW I'll look into it when I have... time? So probably when the Wood Elf DLC is out I'll first to the Wood Elves then look at Imrik
Also I hope this will work with SFO, too bad its probably not savegame compatible but I'll see and will confirm it >or not< if it works together
