Try it another way. Open "Data Files" and check the position of my mod. Is it still ticked? Enderal - Forgotten Stories.esm is hexadecimal 00 in load order and following mods 01, 02 ... 09, 0A, 0B, ... 0F, 10, 11 ... etc. If the mod is the 10th in the list, try to use:
player.additem 0A001522 1
Replace the first two digits (0A) depending on the position of my mod in your load order.
When searching the local files for Enderal for amm_RingOfNightEye.esp (which was not there)
I spotted a Workshop.exe which I launched, and then clicked install Ring of Nighteye.
Then I followed the rest of your instructions and have it now.
MANY THANKS for your fast response and help :)
There are two ways to subscribe to a mod, (1) by using the Steam community website (steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com) and (2) by using the Steam App to go into Steam Online mode. This second way is necessary to download the subscribed mods, as mods will not be downloaded and installed when Steam is in Offline mode.
