There are some issues I've ran into for now and I am investigating it. I want to do a material update for this model first to get better metals and looks on parts of the outfit
Try some of these solutions. This isn't to do with this particular mod, but the way in which FFXV deals with all FFXV mods in general.
-Solution 1: You may have too many mods installed.
Uninstall a few other mods then try to see if you can use other mods. There is a limit to how many mods you can install before new ones stop appearing in your "mod option" :)
-Solution 2: Visual bugs. The Mod is installed but not showing in the "mod option".
Sometimes in the "mod" option, the images for the mod may duplicate or not show up. Look carefully at the description/information of the mod you have selected with your cursor.
When you see the correctly named mod (despite the image/thumbnail being potentially incorrect) Enable it and see if that worked! :)
Please let me know if that helped

I'll be uploading two new screenshots showing the detail of the new leg-belts texture and the boots texture now. The jacket texture is very subtle but looks less like "bleached/pure white" is ever so slightly off-white now. I did try experimenting with the color with an alternate texture but felt it looked worse.
I am serious about making this a good mod, so I'll be correcting any issues should they arise!
Thanks for the kind words. I've been working on a small texture update for the last few hours trying to add in better Normals Maps, Better spec maps, improve the eye quality and I've also added in a minor tweak to the jacket color, its very subtle but it changes it from pure white. All I had to do for the jacket was change the material strength by 20% and that seems to have brought it to a better state. I did use the color picker and sampled the jacket color from the art within an area but I recall editing the material strength when I perhaps shouldn't have a while back.
I'll know in 30 minutes when it finishes processing how well it will look in game.
And after all that critique (Well if the autism isn't just an excuse I can at least understand it ^^") I just have to say how much I appreciate people making mods for everyone else. I couldn't do it, even if my life depended on it. AND I have to admit that I am simply too lazy to learn working with a new kind of file and software for every game that could possibly be modded.
So yeah people like me depend on people like you, and there are far too many people out there who take all this for granted or who are being rude, demanding or simply discouraging and stuff (which had lead to a lot of good mods being deleted recently...) so it can't be said often enough.
Keep up the good work! ^_^
Hey there! There are two arts the one with Aranea in the pose with her spear (with a dark jacket, I assume this was due to environment lighting.) There is another one in the book. Which I'll show for reference, this is the one I have used to match up the outfits color:

As for the legs, theory was it was meant to look like dirt/wear and tear mingled with the material, I can understand that it may appear too basic/messy. I agree about the belts around the legs. The eyes aren't correct, could be due to hair making shadows on the face which may be difficult without the correct shaders (which are sadly not readily available to us modders), I may try and re-visit it and see if I can fake it with a normals+specular map when I have time.
With regards to the smoothing issues, do you mean weight painting (the way it moves) or the jackets edges?
Still I'll try to make improvements to this model going forward and when I get time! :)
I took a look at it in game and well the textures on her boots, pants and gloves are just a mess tbh they look like they're made out of dirty rubber.
The armband thingies just look like you took a random metal texture and slapped it on there.
Also what's that thing around her neck supposed to be?
The (leather?) belts around her legs also don't look right look at actual leather belts and you'll see that they're sort of shiny.
It also looks like there's a smoothing issue on her jacket.
Her eyes also seem to get weirdly dark when I'm using the mod but that might be an issue on my side.
At least that's what it looks like in the concept art, the white clashes with the rest of the outfit tbh and some of the textures don't look that good.
(At least in the screenshots)
I intend to port this to Avatara/Comrades, meaning it should be possible to make a single player (and multiplayer) Avatar and use this outfit with the Aranea face! ^_^
I spent a long time making it! ^_^
