When i got the error my game, the version was 1.0.0.328 (426563)

I received about nine of each Great Person. This city state is a little glitched. Also a bit OP

So i became suzerain late into the game as Korea for the first time, and i was given 5 Great Scientists and 9 Great Artists.... this has to be a bug? Heres a picture to see http://prntscr.com/o3nszv
