Sorry are you using RKSL LCVP Landing Craft? or someone else's?

If it is someone else's then the ramp name may be different. I wouldn't be able to help there.

Hey, quick question. I am currently working on a video where I am using some LCVP (LIB_LCVP, landing crafts), but I cant get a script working for them to lower the ramp after entering a trigger. It works fine with other landing crafts, but not with this. The script that works for other landing crafts such as: fow_usmc_lcvp I use: b3 animate ["Ramp",1]; which works, but what do I need for the LIB_LCVP one?

You use our addons on your server to attract players and enhance their experience. You are leveraging our creations to generate income.

I understand your point, so I will remove the addons from my modpack.
However, it is not about monetizing YOUR addon, but creations on our part (skins & cosmetics). However, to have the right to monetize our creations, we must have the agreement of all the owners of mods on the server, even if we do not monetize theirs (which is logical). Have a nice day by the way.

Sorry but no. We do not allow monetisation of any RKSL addon.

Addon makers cannot monetise our creations so I do not believe it is fair that server owners can generate income from our work.

NOTE: You may not have experienced the issue because another addon you are using has it already loaded. Eventually as i go through all the RKSL Addons and update them, everything will require RKSL-Common so you might as well grab it now.

FIXED :P

Sorry that was caused by a recent config update. The addon now requires RKSL-Common.

This moves the Faction Classes for everyting RKSL into a common source and acts a resource pool for scripts and objects.

Sorry for the inconvenience but it does make my life easier.

Hey rock, getting a config error with the new version.

No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgFactionClasses.UK_ARMED_FORCES' .
No entry '.displayName'.
'/' is not a value

Seems like "rksla3_lcvpmk5_base" and "rksla3_lcvpmk5_1" are referring to a faction name not defined or shipped with this built.

I do have an Albion Class LPD in WIP but its got some issues caused by game engine limitations. Specifically:
1) how it handles vehicles and players/ai on roadways. The game engine doesn't like multiple roadways stacked ontop of each other.
2) Objects in the welldeck can be destroyed if the seastate is too high
3) Current build is ugly as sin and needs more work.
4) Combat Ops centre kills people randomly on entry. Not sure why....yet
5) Quite a few more things too.

Anyway the fix for some of these issues is wrapped up in revamping this (LCVP) addon and the upcoming LCU Mk10. And since i'm not a coder its taking me a lot of time to learn some new tricks.

In the mean time that are some other LPD addons out there already of varying quality.

I believe I was trying to load a BTR K from CSAT, or a tank. Whichever it was snapped into place, but I just switched to using amphibious APC instead of transporting the land based ones.

I'm moving it in, and it snaps, but when I play the iteration it freaks out and everything explodes. I may just chock it up to incompatible mods.

What are you actually doing to load cargo?

In editor move the car you want to transport over the LCVP. You should see a blue boundary box appear . Let go of the car then and you should see it snap in.

If it doesn't it's too big.

Trying to use in editor and keeps exploding. Do I need to script it into cargo? Am I using vehicles that are too big? If so, what vehicles fit inside?

Drive up to the LCVP then when you are close enough to the ramp it gives you the options to load. Just like all the other VIV enabled vehicles.

For the vehicle in vehicle loading, how does one load a vehicle into the craft without the Zeus having to manually put it in. Dont see a scroll wheel option, can unload it with scroll wheel fine

Thats not the first time I've heard about issues with MCC. it changes base classes and effects a lot of addons. Nothin i can do about it. You'll need to get them to change their config inheritance to fix it.

@RKSL-Rock Found the problem. Seems the mod doesn't play nice with MCC Sandbox 4
