To be honest, I don't really mind if they make said comments, but others may have different opinions.

Each individual mod in the collection stops a certain set of World Interactions. Most of them are annoyances, such as the 'stupid dog' comments, or people complaining if you're undressed. Other events, such as bounty hunters following you, have not been turned off.
