You can also use the new "Network Skins 2 Beta" to change any road, but note that it is still in beta. I can't get it to work right, but a lot of people can, so you can give it a try.

Hi skallben, that is a cool idea! Unfortunately I can't make road 3D models, so I couldn't make a road with altered sidewalk width. I can imagine a way to do this as park assets, though, with a thin space for delivery vehicles. The plus about the park solution would be that people will actually use the benches and hang out in spots.
