My colonists don't seem to want to eat the food. I have tons of bread and meat cooked up, but they're eating raw food instead. Any idea why?

The Patch removes only Wheat by I Am Hungry and lets both Mods interact better with each other. As long as you keep the Load Order, there shouldn't be a problem. Make a Backup in any case though.

The second wheat and flour type is intended, since its different from the one you get by VGP. You should be fine :-)

Hello, the situation looks like this:
1) I`ve installed and started a new game with "I Am Hungry".
2) I have gathered some wheat and ground it to the flour.
3) I have installed VGP Garden Gourmet midgame (for oven without electricity) and changed mod order as you stated (VGP before your mod)
4) Now I have 2 wheat types and 2 flour types
5) (I̶`̶m̶ ̶s̶u̶c̶h̶ ̶a̶ ̶r̶e̶t̶a̶r̶d̶) This is fixable, or I have fucked up my game?

Try to speak to the author of Project: Fallout and describe your problem with a HugsLib Log maybe (Green Button: Share Log) and a Screenshot. Try to explain, when it occured and how it happened also. That helps the developers a lot.

Seeds Pls, isn't supported yet. They should definately yield the same wheat type and item. Maybe it is mixed up with RimCuisine 2.0. I'm in the middle of some projects atm, but once i have a time window, ill try to look into it.

I'm having trouble with wheat from wildgrowth. It seems to be a different item from regular wheat - it cannot be grinded into flour or canned (or eaten raw, but I guess oh well). There is normal wheat on ingridients list, but not this one.
Gives no seeds with 'seeds, please' either.
Am I missing something? What do I do with this?

Playing with this few of your mods for a while now. I am so happy for how they are made and this one is made compatible with event a simple mod like "optimization: meats". Thank you! Love the theme/design/work of all your mods :)

Is an update needed for rimcuisine 2 or does rimcuisine 1's patch work fine?

Ah, I'm aware that it's compatible, I just don't like having too many different foods to cook. ^^; The only thing I'm noticing with this mod is that wild growth literally grows everywhere and feels like a bit much. Awesome mod though! I'll keep using it. Was amusing to see my colonists chowing down on cheese when there's fine meals. xD

So after so long of using Gourimet.. I'm switching to this. I know both of them can work together but I don't like bloating the food recipes too much (that and the soup in Gourimet felt kinda op with the buffs). Loooove the more difficult foods I can make in this :o!

When building the stone mill for grinding wheat to create flour it gives me not option to great the bill for creating flour.

@Karmapowered: The issue should be fixed. It only occured when you had no fishing mod in combination with Optimization: Meat installed. I somehow overlook this circumstance.

Yes, the Core is intact/pristine (from Steam). I made to sure to relaunch the game too, with the minimum number of mods needed, to pinpoint the issue down to these two mods.

As a side note, it appears that the Rimstro mod also has an issue with OptimizationMeat, which I reported on its mod page. Just want to find a solution, and hoping I can keep using these 3 promising mods.

Optimization: Meats removes unncessary vanilla and several modded meat types and converts them to Cow Meat. Boomalope Meat is not mentioned in the Patch, as far as i can tell. The reason why you having problems only with this three mods running is hard to see for me. I dont know if something changed during an update, which could possibly cause this problem for you. Is the core intact?

@Trunken I appreciate you took the time to explain about patches. I am grateful to each and every mod author that provides directives for their players to build a proper load order.

Right now I'm back with another issue though, which seems to be related to the Optimization Meats mod. The game reports the following [gist.github.com], with just HugsLib and Fluffy's mod manager running :

Could not resolve cross-reference to Verse.ThingDef named Meat_Boomalope (wanter=thingDefs)
Cannot call ItemFromXmlFile with resolveCrossRefs=true while loading is already in progress.

Your help would be appreciated.

@Karmapowered & Aeon: Added the Load Order of those related Mods to the Worskhop for you.

Mods found by Patches will work differently, when not found. My mods work, even when you organize it wrong. Any mod loaded after I Am Hungry will misses the features though of its Patch. Those mods won't work together in the way then, they were meant to.

Example: You can cook only with fish in the recipes of those Proper Meals in I Am Hungry, when you load it after one of your favored Fishing Mods.

Most Patches are executed like this. What exactly each part of a Patch does, is indicated at least slightly by the embraces next to the name of the combinable/supported mod.

Keep the Load Order as close as you can to the mod authors descriptions, to avoid problems beforehand. Rerranging a patch during a running savegame is not recommended and can lead to red errors and malfunctions.
