Report a translation problem
They won't be super common, will only spawn at night, and will be in their own separate monster pool so they won't affect other monsters' spawn rates. Since they're random gen, they'll use colors listed under monsterParameters in the biome file - and if not, there's a default vanilla one.
Reasoning: These giant moths are super hardy thanks to some Miniknog experimenting, and can survive pretty much anywhere.
It should also be much easier to access!
as it stands currently, its admittedly a bit rare and hard to gather enough to craft silks and then clothes afterwards (it was meant to be more common, i just havent put in the villages yet)
but no, the items in the fabricator are just cosmetic clothing, the armour is in the lepidia forge. it might be in a higher tier of the inventor's table, which might be a mistake on my part (it was supposed to be available immediately)
all the armours currently have placeholder graphics though, so they just look like various vanilla armours for the time being, until i update them all!
Funny enough, I also have relevant diet lore if that's helpful for FU stats!
As for the stats, I think both mod's systems have enough similarities that the stats from one can be implemented in another, FU has a bunch of stats and things that can be incorporated into the character traits, ranging from simple diet types, resistances, immunities and movement modifiers up to more sophisticated stuff like different stat changes for day and night and so on, so I'm certain that whatever it is you have in mind for the race, I can implement!

I think it's be awesome actually for you to offer your time and effort to make an FU patch for them! I don't use FU myself, so I wouldn't even know where to begin lol
I have stats for them made for another race traits mod, which I can definitely pass along to you if it helps! Not sure if FU uses all the same stats, but I think it'd be a good reference.
I've read through the comments and noticed you didn't plan to add a race patch for Frackin Universe specifically, so I would like to request a permission to make a patch and upload it to the workshop, as I'm going through a bunch of species mods that didn't recieve one and want to make a compilation of patches for them. Would something like that be okay with you?

But that won't be the end of the mod's total development, there's still more I'd like to add after that point as well. I'm calling it "part 2" to the initial Gloamfall update (which added the planet type) because part 2 was meant to "finish" the planet implementation by adding the villages
After part 2, I'll probably drop the "parts" to the more major updates, since I'll also want to add Fayent villages, etc. After that point, it'll just be called "Gloamfall" normally
ill add one in the next update along with some of the other suggestions ive gotten here!
silk fibres will be an incredibly common item to come across in villages once ive finished them, but admittedly they are a little scarce right now because they only drop in autumnal chests currently.
autumnal chests can be found on the surface of the gloamfall biome, like other biome chests! (they also have fullbright elements and are easy to spot in dark areas)
next time i update, i might increase the fibre drop rate in chests or add it to monster drop pools to make up for how difficult it is to obtain, until i have villages. thats a bit of an oversight on my part, so thanks for mentioning it!
Like, I understand you have to craft it from Lepidia Silk Fibre, but I haven't found a way to obtain them either - previously I thought both were found in Lepi villages, but they don't (afaik) seem to be implemented as of yet, so I'm a bit stumped on how to make Lepi clothing. Thanks in advance!
im not sure, but i may have made it so the fabricator crafting station might only appear in the fully upgraded inventor's table. If that's the case, i'll bump it down to being accessible in the 1st-level inventor's table, or maybe even with empty hands, so it can be accessed earlier. thanks for the suggests! ✌️😌
Also, you don't necessarily have to do this, but it would be nice if there was a way to get Lepidia furniture/items before doing the numerous ship quests to leave the starter planet.
Maybe a merchant could spawn in the outpost? Perhaps there could be some saplings/blocks in the ship locker?

I should actually make that an update to the mod instead of an addon tbh, just for convenience. Since the Florans bypass this as you mentioned, I'll just trim the female lepi sprites down to match the size of the female Floran bodies (plus bug abdomen, lol). Hopefully it'll look better after that!
(idk when exactly I might upload that update tho, bc I might wanna try to finish up more content to include in the same update so it's not just 1 or 2 small things, lol)

While I do understand that it's intended to be a single-sex race like the Florans, and that moths are kind of chubby irl, as well as the lore implications, the extra addition of pixels kinda messes with the immersion as it's incredibly noticeable. (The Florans remedied this by having the 'female' option possess a subtly smaller hip size to fit with other non-floran clothing!)
Would it ever be possible if you could potentially change this? (It doesn't necessarily have to be in this mod, a separate addon would be nice!)

I just wanted to have more content to add to the mod before another update, rather than updating it just for fixing the typo, (dont wanna annoy people lol) but since its been a while i should just upload my tiny update soon
i will try to upload the tiny fix today or tomorrow! i just need to move some unpolished wip-content i was working on first so the upload is clean and uncluttered :)

the blocks /should/ have been in the fabricator's furniture tab, but if theyre not there, it might be something wrong on my end! I will check it out and try to upload a fix after work today! :)
