It only found the SE folder when I had it on my primary drive(I have multiple). Other than that, I cannot diagnose your issue specifically. Good luck.
Short Version: Add it to your desktop aka, your C Drive or whichever is your primary drive with your operating system. Run it from that Drive.
Hopefully that helps some folks.
I get your frustration, lots of people dont know what they're doing and spread bs. Not gonna mention any names. *cough* STG
To get this to work at 198km radius,
1) Grab the mods data folder at \steamapps\workshop\content\244850\1756689491\Data
2) Copy that to \steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content . I.e, plop the contents of the mods data folder into your game directories data folder.
3) Create your world and add in the planet. (i.e, dont enable the mod in the list yet. Since you have the mods data in your local game install, it will still let you place the planet, but the textures will be pink for the moment - THIS IS NORMAL)
4) Save your world, then go to SeToolbox, find Kadingir, and regenerate it with 198000m radius.
5) Load your world again and enable the mod in the modlist.
6) Profit
