None it disables the system that stops you from using enemy uniforms
In my post below there is a link to a newer version of this mod

What kind of uniforms are included in this?

It should work as any addon, i just reuploaded it so i didnt have to point my friends to the addon when we played

it seems like it has not been updated by the mod author, and this one is 100% out of date
but doing a quick search i can point you to perhaps this

so how exactly would one go about using this? trying to use it for a Incon Undercover server
