The "Nursery Limit Birthing To Spots" checks the Incubator Relocate setting if it should be active.
On newly constructed domes when no INCUBATOR dome is set, this config value seem to be true but unchangeable shown as:
Dome: [NORMAL] Relocate:[N/A]
After setting an INCUBATOR dome, changing the config value:
Dome: [NORMAL] Relocate:[ON] -> Dome: [NORMAL] Relocate:[OFF]
then disabling the INCUBATOR this config value stays false and "Nursery Limit Birthing To Spots" kicks in, but the domes Incubator status shows the same info as above:
Dome: [NORMAL] Relocate:[N/A]
On my newly constructed geoscape dome I never changed this setting but did so one the other domes. So I only observed the child spawn here.
Sorry for the inconvenience...
I'll take a log if you don't mind: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2391106222
I did not have population explosion while on asteroid, maybe if GlobalDomeCount is on, the script should check total amount of children instead of used nursery spaces, because until the children are (about to be) moved to a nursery dome, additional children will be created.
Thanks for the effort, this really helps with how the game is broken atm and overall.
(...and, in case someone wonders, the bug that the game wont move a child to a dome if there are only nursery spaces open and no normal ones appears to be still there...)
Merged checking for all nurseries into one (removed option for Ultimate Nursery).
This mod will do nothing on Incubator enabled domes.
If ECM and my lib are working then that's my amount of testing with updates.
It'll check for that now
With Bypass No Nurseries: ON I end up with a sprog explosion.
With Bypass No Nurseries: OFF, no children are born at all. Replacing the Large Nursery with the vanilla one makes the mod work correctly
I appreciate there's a lot to update with the latest patch,
Problem solved

Looked at the log file, I don't see any errors relating to this or other mods. Do see this error a number of times:
POPS: [CDiskstorage] Error: Root path dir doesn't exist
POPS: [CDiskstorage] C:\Users\James\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\cache
but the directory does exist when I look.
I also see this error a number of times when I save:
Persist error: Attempt to persist a C function

Any errors in your log?
Great mod, use it every game, but it seems to have stopped working for me with the latest update.
I have a mega dome with 4 nurseries (vanilla), and 42 children. I tried turning off births until there were no children in the dome, then re-enabling, but same result.
Any ideas?
Since I have just one (fully upgraded) Nursery, I thought the mod might not realize it was upgraded. I have 18 children now, so I guess it works?
