Some modders are willing to go through the trouble for a vanilla variant, but you can't expect it of all, especially since it would require the author to install the old SDK alongside the current one, which are both over 80GB in size.
I'll wait for the reward version, somehow just having it without working for feels like cheating =)

It's a really cool armor set but why would it be good for TLP?
Whole point of the TLP gear is that it's worn down versions of the Xcom EU stuff, as cool as this armor is it's neither worn down or looks like the EU tier 3 armor.
