I plan to release soon (ie after I update my work for the patch coming next week) the first Warhammer 3 version of regional recruitment for my mod. It will include Cathay and Kislev (because I started working on them wiht the Chaos campaign. After this I'll start porting all my old mods to Wh3. Starting with the Empire. So it's very likely it will be done, but it will take a little time..
Due to changes in the engine, the regoinal recruitment works differently, but you'll still get all the regional heraldry from this mod

only regional units (silver border and little icon flag at the bottom right have banners). Generic units, including starting units, or units you can recruit outside of the Empire, don't have banners.

shoudln't the starting units as Empire have banners also? they only that have banners are my reinforcements. i do use alot of mods tho' and dissable all that alter models.

It was only for the officer right? I gave him an animation with a fire sword, but the second weapon is a staff... So either I keep the fire sword and he has only one, or I give him two swords, but without fire.

Knights Encarmine are holding their sword's blade instead of the handle of the swords.

I checked in custom battle playing as Reikland faction, with generic, Reikland and Altdorf halberdiers, they all look normal and not like your screenshots. Could it be a conflict with another mod?

Slight change in the greatsword and halberdier texture: the "black collar" between head and torso is now faction coloured, I think it looks better

If you are talking about the kind of black ugly line between the torso and the neck, that's actually inside CA model. I tried with vanilla, disabling all mods, and it is there also for Greatsword

It's a texture pack for "new" units... Which are unlikely to be in SFO. So no.

Page14, Averland also have protection on the thighs for example. Since Halberdiers are "elite" units, I gave them better armor than the regular spearmen

Since we are limited (not possible to easily import models), we moslty have texture changes, or swapping shields. There are a few changes, like some textures for state troops have a kind of leather undervest.

Each unit type has the same equipment. Spearmen always have a spear, I don't see them with a Sword. They have some stats variation (like Ostland have a slitghtly better leadership, or Hochland a small accuracy bonus).

They are if you want to see the units in game and avoid having question mark instead of icons. But they don't change the game mechanism. Only the core pack does this. The other required pack is the campaign map if you wan to play ME campaign.
That's a bit like if you want to have all DryRain retextue: you have several packs, one for Empire, one for Vampire, etc.

There's only one pack with tables changes. The other required mods are just textures and icons to avoid too big files.

Hello again ! I just saw the amount of mods required for this one to work... this is too lmuch for me :/ and will surely not work because of some Hero generals added by Mixu.

Your mod is excellent, but this is really really TOO big to work with all the mods i have :/

SFO: no we edit the same table.
All factions officer: SWO-RD also adds officers, so possible conflict. I suggest using the load order to have Sebidee's mod for the "other factions", and use SWO-RD for HE, DE, WE and Empire.
Emmpire subaction colours: should work for generic units (but the icons may not match then). For heraldic units, they always keep the same coloours, whatevzer the recruiting faction.
