Doesn't wok in Mod list shows as compatible but Israel does not show up as a civ to choose from!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Specifically aramaic was kinda the lingua franca between Israel-Judea, Philistia and Phoenicia to the north.

Also am I dreaming or do both of the mods set Gaza as a city name (imo, Shechem would be a better pick for third city since it was the capital of Israel when the kingdoms were split), otherwise I love it

This really is a fantastic addition. It works well, is creative, and also well-balanced. It's too bad that the topic of Israel has become so convoluted that the devs no longer wish to include it.

@Turkic Thunder: Except Darius speaks Aramaic in Civ V, which is a Semitic language with similarity to Hebrew.

@Valzalel, I know it's a little late, but Persian is Indo-European and closely related to modern Persian, (Farsi). Persian is closer to English, Kurdish, German, Russian, and other Indo European languages than it is to a Semitic language like Hebrew. Hebrew is related to langauges like Amharic (Ethiopia), Arabic, Chaldean, Assyrian, etc.

This mod borked up pretty early for me. After turn 150 new city-build options showed up blank. After figitting with "buy" and "produce" buttons some bldgs and units appeared, but NO GREAT WORKS. Closed game, reloaded, tried another 30 or so turns, but same glitch. I gave up and deleted all associated files. :steamsad::steamfacepalm:

I'm playing a game with this mod, and after researching radio I only got extra culture from the kibbutzes that are next to rivers. Is this deliberate? If not, do you have any idea why this is happening?

Great mod, but I think that since the Kibbutzes were communist societies, they should give production instead of faith and culture.

Sorry for triple posting, but I just found an answer to my last post.
To change it to 2D you just have to replace the code in David_Scene.xml with following:

Also - I would like to make a modpack for multiplayer using MPMPM with this civilization.
Unfortunately MPMPM doesn't support 3D leaders. Is there a version with 2D only anywhere?

If I understand correctly, the citybanner.lua file is required only for events and decisions?
So, if I am not using events and decisions, would it cause any problems to remove this file completely?
The reason I am asking is that I use EUI, and it modifies the citybanner.lua as well, and I don't want to get rid of EUI.

Thanks for the info.

I also noticed something: I can built a kibbutz on top of a mine or some other improvement if the tile is eligible for a farm as well. It gives the correct yield, but I can skip building a farm and go right to kibbutz. Is this intended behavior (or maybe an engine limitation?)

Wasn't initially compatible with YNAEMP when I downloaded because there is an error in the reference to the name of the YNAEMP mod. The mod ID is "36e88483-48fe-4545-b85f-bafc50dde315" but the MODINFO file reference to the ID omitted the "5" at the end.

To fix, open the MODINFO file of the Israel civ and you will see the following line under <References>

<Mod id="36e88483-48fe-4545-b85f-bafc50dde31" minversion="0" maxversion="999" title="Yet (not) Another Earth Map Packs" />

Add in the "5" at the end of the mod ID to make it work. You may also need to add the TSL to the YNAEMP map pack. Directions for that here [forums.civfanatics.com].
