But if you attack them before the storm passes you can kill and loot them.
I will load the devkit later on today and check but it should still be working fine with the current game version.
Is there a specific issue you are facing? the mod is working fine and doesn't require an update.
Will there be a plan to add a speed setting just like the snowstorm or is that impossible?
There are options to disable specific routes in the SandstormEx options, I'm not sure which route it is that needs disabled though, that feature was actually added for AC =)
Nope, that's actually by design, if they stay permanently (they did in the first version) they have a tendency to build up and overrun the map if the player they're attached to dies in the storm.
You can only adjust the interval (how often the storm runs), but you cannot adjust the actual speed it travels like in SnowstormEx, that requires editing the sandstorm blueprint (or it did back when I wrote the mod), there are a few other options you can change though like spawning NPC's inside the storm and stuff )
We don't have anything to do with that. Again, vanilla mechanic.
That was a bug in the games sandstorm blueprint that just became more noticeable when running SandstormEx when server owners increased the frequency of the sandstorm.
Yes, still working fine 😀
I've just tested this in SP and the AI is worked fine, did you have cloak activated in the admin menu as this will prevent the AI from attacking you
I tried monster spawning features. Every time, I was in the sandstorm, some spawning npc was freezing, dont fight me.
I'm using both at the same time with my solo playthrough
Maybe there is server releated incompatibility, but on this point, i don't know.
I know how modding works and I didn't expect it, it's a big surprise!
I'll try to use them both at the same time, I'll come back here to give some feedback on this, once my mouth is full of sand
I've just had a little chat with the author of "Lore Friendly Sandstorm", both mods "should" play nicely together =)
I was using Lore Friendly Sandstorm but sadly i think both mod aren't compatible because both are using some identical file
thx for this mod and for your time ^^
