It should tell you what it does, i thought you would be able to rename countries to custom names but it just changes some countries names like Soviet Union to Soviet Russia. Add descrition and some kind of thumnail so people find what they search for.

What exactly does this Mod do? I want to be able to rename the country I'm playing as to reflect how I've conquered like half the world but I can't figure out HOW to rename my country.
