Hi i havnt been on my account in awhile, and i forgot what version i use to have. now i cant continue my character. Any ideas on how to fix?

That part with mimic happens both with and without the arcana mod or the variant classes.

Well works with no problems except for some visual bugs about some items not showing their icon and and some enemies( mostly mimics) acting weird like my friend kills a mimic but i can still see him alive and he attacks me.

There is a compatibility pack for Arcana, so check if that fixes this.The pack probably is a bit outdated though.

Well playing with mostly mods made from you and I experienced desync issues. Aparently when only playing with core mod and variant classes there's no problem. Also played with arcana and few other class mods when the problems started. I think at least one of the class mods was the problem, that or arcana since as far as I know the author only took in consideration the non modded game and not running it using other mods.

The Pet and Core Mod should not cause problems as it does not affect classes at all, MEMM does change the core classes, that might overlap with whatever mods you are thinking of, if they also change the core classes.

Well, yes, Essentials has them as starter pets with skins, never bothered with the shop options until today. I see.

There seem to be problems with that in TL2, which is why TL2 Essentials and this mod removed those choices.

Did you download from here or RGF ? I haven't updated RGF yet....

Delete the mod and let Steam download it again, maybe you somehow still got the old version, can't really think of anything else, given that I see the pets...

Yeah, I see all other pets except for the ones from the August 8th update. I can't select them at character creation or buy them from a merchant. That is totally weird!

Are you seeing other pets ? Not sure what to say here, I do see them. You can either select them when starting a new char or buy them at a merchant. Do you see them in neither location ?

Derp, I see that in the description....I actually have been updating my mods and adding new stuff here and there and then I spent ALL of 1 day recently just browsing literally every single workshop item and then narrowing to 10 from there. That slipped past me, thanks, score 1 more slot for usage!

You don't need the Synergy patch of MPC, that is included in the MCMM and MEMM ones.

Awesome, thanks! Out of my 10 mod slots you occupy 4 (MEMM/MPC + both Synergies patches), so glad to not have to remove another as I feel all of the ones I use are "core".

Sounds great, as you know I have done a lot of merging and other stuff previously lol...Would you be interested in merging it on the other page to a "use this instead of Pet Collection if you use Torchlight 2 Essentials but do not want duplicate pets" type of setup to save a slot?

This would save a mod slot or I can merge it in the morning but I would need to either publish it or distribute it privately and I have a sneaking suspicion that it might have a lot of interest with 100k+ people subbed to Essentials and so many of them wanting more pets! Heading to bed, night, will check in the morning!

Merging with this one is easy, there is no overlap. I have not done so as it is essentially 500 unused files.

That number could probably be halved if needed, but I decided to overwrite all, even if it would have been sufficient to change the essence to not be available as the pet was not a starting pet.

I am curious about a possibility of adding dummy files or something to load before other mods that implement the same pets. The duplication, while not game-breaking, is annoying at best and is really eating at my OCD. I use Torchlight 2 Essentials which adds several of the same mods but I feel that this pet pack is my go-to for pets themselves. I have read and do see your reasoning for taking the approach of using new unique files and am hopeful that there is some way to keep your file structure while negating duplicate pets.

My friends and I might be willing to get together a small donation as incentive to somehow resolve TL2E and your pet collection, I have been working on ACR and my other mods again and have a large interest in playing more now that I am modding less!

The Poison Elemental pet doesn't have any animations, it just floats around like a stick while things die. Not the green colored starting pet elemental, that one works fine, but the powered up poison elemental you get from feeding it the fish from the merchant. I'd guess it might be the same for the other elementals, but I haven't tried.

Don't know WOW, this adds additional pets / skins. The additional pets behave just like the standard pets, but there are more powerful versions available from a vendor.

Yep, that one looks just fine now...
Though by now i found two others that are bugged a bit.
Manticore (Boss) has same issues as dragon had with missing textures, while Yakotaur (Enhanced) is in a permanent semi-T stance (meaning no animations.)

@Azrain: try the latest version, I had not updated the DRAGON_FLYBY.MATERIAL as I assumed it was not needed. If this does not fix your issue, it is the actual game texture that is causing it.

For some reason the 'Dragon' boss pet has pretty screwed up textures for me.
Would it be too much trouble to aks if you could have a look into it? (Tried disabling all other mods as well but still had the problem.)

Oh, and really like your mod collections, as well as their original creators of course.
