First of all Ivan the terrible didn’t kill his son. The Romanov Dynasty and it’s court historians like Mikhail Shcherbatov and Nikolay Karamzin invented this whole story to make Ivan Grozny look bad.

In 1963 a soviet forensics team tested the remains of of the prince!

Guess what they found out! His bones had 32 times the acceptable level or Mercury in them!!!

Arsenic and Lead levels were also a few times higher than normal!

This concludes only one thing, the Tzar’s son was poisoned over a long period of time, by the way this is true with Ivan the Terrible himself, his bones also had many times the acceptable level of mercury and arsenic in them!

We can point fingers at many historical characters but we will never know who really poisoned Ivan the Terrible and his son Ivan Ivanovich!

I actually don't like the picture. Ivan the Terrible killed his son by mistake. It wasn't intentional. In this mod, we kill our kids intentionally and not by "mistake" (at least I get that part from the description, I haven't tried the mod itself).

You can't kill your kids in vanilla to not trivialize inheritance.
