I wonder if it would be possible to make this decision able to target any prisoners with the Seduction focus. Because you would absolutely want to castrate the lecher that deflowered your daughter, whether or not you have a reputation for being cruel.

When you are cruel, just right click on one of your prisoners and you will see the decisions for castrate and blind.

You can modify in document/CKII/mod/Castrate and Blind/decision/10_castrate_and_blind_decisions.txt and add ai = no under "from_potential"
