I'm more or less waiting for more feedback. I think the UI could use some kind of penalty, but I'm not sure.
Unfortunately I can't change the capture rates. I can either include the effect as a promotion so you would need to level the unit once in other to enable the capture thing or I reduce the number of unit classes capable of capturing units. Regarding the promotion idea, I think the AI will "malfunction" as it probably won't choose the promotion and therefore Bohemia would be easy to defeat.
I do think it is hard to say whether the trait is overpowered or not. If you march with a huge army, it probably is, but the process of acquiring such a large army should be harder than normal.
Anyway, I'm glad you love the idea. I just had to make a civilization like this :P
Maybe you should add a special promotion to all units that can recruit the defeated ennemies (maybe at a lower rate such as 20%).
Another solution would be to mix this mod with the one adding new promotions to units; this allows to get the recruit promotion for land units.

Needs a great leader with sufficient visual representation as well as enough info about their culture and stuff (buildings, units) and a city list. To be honest, I don't know much or anything at all about a Norman civilization, but perhaps I can make one!
