I don't have Civ5ModsDatabase.db or a cache folder in my Civilization V folders. I use windows 7 so maybe thats why I cannot find them. Please help me, there are two mods I want to download but I can't.

Great mod, it's a very nice idea to halt production of units, it gives a other game. Thanks !
biogoo 21 Jun, 2015 @ 9:53am
Hussites with handguns? How could they possibly lose?:D
Lord Bobromyl (Deus Vult ✞) 14 Apr, 2015 @ 12:49am
It would be good if they did. It is a pity that Charles IV can not produce units. I'd edited. I'd be there rather bonus on the economy. During his reign, the empire flourished.Already there is Václav II.
DJSHenninger  [author] 14 Apr, 2015 @ 12:11am
Yeah, fortunately there are plenty of good options for a Bohemian leader ;)
Lord Bobromyl (Deus Vult ✞) 13 Apr, 2015 @ 2:50pm
Also good king in Bohemia was Přemysl Otakar II (iron and gold). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ottokar_II_of_Bohemia
DJSHenninger  [author] 25 Mar, 2015 @ 4:09am
Thanks. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be, but the fact remains that both red and white are already in the game, and especially red is a common colour among both official civilizations and modded ones. I just want to point out that there's probably no unique, yet historical colour combination that I can use.
MightyIrko 25 Mar, 2015 @ 3:50am
It is not supposed to be orange, trust me. Maybe the wiki upload did not handle the file well enough or maybe the uploader - look at the flag to the left, the red should be similar to this - in czech the color is even called "royal red" (not sure if the translation works in English though).

But don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort, just felt the need to point this out ;)
DJSHenninger  [author] 25 Mar, 2015 @ 3:45am
This is the Kingdom of Bohemia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Bohemia

To the right.
MightyIrko 25 Mar, 2015 @ 3:42am
What coat of arms? Czechs have no connection to orange whatsoever
DJSHenninger  [author] 25 Mar, 2015 @ 12:39am
There is no wrong or right. As a modder, you try to pick colours not taken yet by anyone else or a colour combination that's uncommon. Back in the day, this was uncommon. And what if the flag had three colours? What would be right? Besides, the orange is from the coat of arms ;)
That said, this mod is rather outdated and needs to be revised.
MightyIrko 24 Mar, 2015 @ 8:59am
As someone already suggested the colors of the shield are wrong, this looks like some Dutch province (Holland, Zeeland, don't remember exactly)
Katrina 24 Feb, 2015 @ 7:17am
Ok thank you, I will be honest I do not know my civilization capitals in real life. I took it as you were making Prague because you had to take a city-state to make a civilization.
Thank you!
DJSHenninger  [author] 23 Feb, 2015 @ 1:22am
@YoukCat But Prague is the Capital of this civilization. Wouldn't it be strange? Also, I think it's not quite possible because you can't have two cities with the same name. I believe that it would cause problems because the player may found its city before the city-state, therefore the Capital of Bohemia would be Prague while the city-state Prague wouldn't be able to get a name, or gets a different name. Though I've never tested this.
Katrina 22 Feb, 2015 @ 4:20pm
May you make it so it doesn't replace the city-state Prague please? Or do you have to remove something to add something?
Zenithas 29 Aug, 2014 @ 3:26am
I mean quite literally; there is no text below the name on the civilization selection. Including at the civilization "begin play" screen once the map has loaded.
DJSHenninger  [author] 29 Aug, 2014 @ 3:16am
@Rhalkim Elaborate. This mod does not have a unique building :p What do you mean by 'displaying'? The unique 'building' is an improvement, just like the Dutch Polder.
Zenithas 29 Aug, 2014 @ 1:20am
Had been trying this mod; unfortunately, it doesn't seem to like displaying the abilities of the unique building. Only complaint. Mod is otherwise very good.
DJSHenninger  [author] 22 Aug, 2014 @ 9:22am
@Levhi Depends on how you play and use it. It gives something extra. That being said, I think I'll change it a bit: instead of the extra units, Charles should be able to purchase military units at lower cost. His trait can be really effective, but the AI may not use it properly, that's unfortunate.
Levhi 22 Aug, 2014 @ 7:58am
Can I just ask you why is Charles IV nerfed, while other characters have bonuses?
Kostrak 30 May, 2014 @ 10:25am
ok thanks
DJSHenninger  [author] 30 May, 2014 @ 9:34am
Colours are too common.
Kostrak 30 May, 2014 @ 8:35am
Hey! wrong flag! white lion and red backround
DJSHenninger  [author] 6 Dec, 2013 @ 11:22am
@zArkham4269 Haha, good luck with winning the lottery! ;p
zArkham4269 6 Dec, 2013 @ 10:59am
I need to win the lottery so I can pay an "advanced modder" to do all these things which could be done in CIV III & IV but so far has been ported over. Still waiting for the old Mongol unit which would randomly create units depending on what terrain it was on. (% chance every turn)
DJSHenninger  [author] 6 Dec, 2013 @ 10:52am
@zArkham4269 Unfortunately, I'm not an advanced modder. This means I simply can't do that. It probably requires .lua, a filetype I can't modify/create because I lack the knowledge (and the time to learn it ;P)
zArkham4269 6 Dec, 2013 @ 10:38am
I agree it doesn't happen very often. OTOH, it could be nice to have another component to this. When a unit is destroyed, there would be a chance it would be converted to a new unit, a worker or a "slave" unit. Unlike most slaves seen in other mods, the slave would be more like a land prize ship. Disbanded in your borders would give you a good gold boost. Disbanded in a city would give you a production boost.
DJSHenninger  [author] 6 Dec, 2013 @ 10:07am
@zArkham4269 Ah I see what you mean. But I think disbanding is an excellent idea if you're army's too large, lol. The idea behind it was to be able to turn the tides when battling another civilization, along with the possibility to recruit barbarians for your army. The whole idea was to create another way of recruiting and fighting, so that the experience would be way different than usual.
zArkham4269 6 Dec, 2013 @ 8:10am
Clarification: Sometimes as Germany I end up with a large army due to barbarians but no one to use it on easily before the cost of the army causes you to have to disband units.
zArkham4269 6 Dec, 2013 @ 8:09am
Given how this civ can be like Germany and run into problems with barbarians suddenly creating a huge army which is difficult to pay for, perhaps one could be given the option to generate a worker instead of converted combat type. That would allow Bohemia a chance to quickly improve tiles to pay for the army. It would also free up builind Wonders, settlers or buildings instead of workers.
DJSHenninger  [author] 13 Nov, 2013 @ 12:50am
@Ginufe Perhaps, but that's the people's choice. lol. I usually make them for myself and just decide to share them, but now I don't have time to play anything at all anymore xD
Ginufe 12 Nov, 2013 @ 1:22pm
To be honest, your mods are pretty underrated. Deserves much more ratings!
DJSHenninger  [author] 12 Nov, 2013 @ 1:08pm
@Ginufe No problem, glad you like it! :)
Ginufe 12 Nov, 2013 @ 7:25am

Ginufe 12 Nov, 2013 @ 7:25am
Thanks alot for this mod. I was missing my country in Civ 5 :D
DJSHenninger  [author] 28 Oct, 2013 @ 3:19am
@TheRollyCZE You need either BNW or GK. See the description.
drevomorka 28 Oct, 2013 @ 2:19am
Is the support of BNW necessary? If yes, I have to buy it (because of this). Thank you.
DJSHenninger  [author] 8 Sep, 2013 @ 2:12pm
@Mattchaby Yeah, currently all close-combat units get the free promotion.
DJSHenninger  [author] 8 Sep, 2013 @ 2:11pm
@Mattchaby I'd think that lowering the rate would be appropriate, yes. BUT I can't do that. The rates are fixed and apparently, the stronger the unit, the higher the capture chance.
I'm more or less waiting for more feedback. I think the UI could use some kind of penalty, but I'm not sure.
Unfortunately I can't change the capture rates. I can either include the effect as a promotion so you would need to level the unit once in other to enable the capture thing or I reduce the number of unit classes capable of capturing units. Regarding the promotion idea, I think the AI will "malfunction" as it probably won't choose the promotion and therefore Bohemia would be easy to defeat.
I do think it is hard to say whether the trait is overpowered or not. If you march with a huge army, it probably is, but the process of acquiring such a large army should be harder than normal.

Anyway, I'm glad you love the idea. I just had to make a civilization like this :P
Mattchaby 8 Sep, 2013 @ 2:11pm
My bad; the promotion is already there haha.
Mattchaby 8 Sep, 2013 @ 2:02pm
Love the idea. That kind of civilization is clearly missing from the original game.
Maybe you should add a special promotion to all units that can recruit the defeated ennemies (maybe at a lower rate such as 20%).
Another solution would be to mix this mod with the one adding new promotions to units; this allows to get the recruit promotion for land units.
Looking forward to future updates :)
Silverfishv9 8 Sep, 2013 @ 12:19pm
There already is a norman civilization. It's called "england". Personally, an Anglo-Saxon civilization would be more interesting
DJSHenninger  [author] 7 Sep, 2013 @ 3:38pm
@Churchill Thank you, I appreciate that! I'll try my best once I have time. This will probably be the last civ you'll see for a while since summer vacation is over :P
donlad 7 Sep, 2013 @ 3:30pm
Well I won't press you,but if you wish, please put in some research or something :).I have a good amount of your mods, and you always make good civs with and interesting trait and units.
DJSHenninger  [author] 7 Sep, 2013 @ 3:20pm
@Churchill I don't know. I have to find out more about it :p
Needs a great leader with sufficient visual representation as well as enough info about their culture and stuff (buildings, units) and a city list. To be honest, I don't know much or anything at all about a Norman civilization, but perhaps I can make one!
donlad 7 Sep, 2013 @ 3:10pm
How would a Norman civilization be?
