I only just came back to aHiT to re-learn to game in preparation for the new DLC, and I was playing around in some custom mod levels when I saw this on just. Sitting in my downloads. So I FINALLY gave it a try.

... Holy PECK. I was caught completely off guard by how GOOD and ACCURATE this mod is? As a veteran on the DR franchise, I didn't think that style of gameplay was. Actually possible in aHiT??? But DANG if you didn't make it work!

You DO have to read all the evidence and character info BEFORE the trial to understand what's going on, but I didn't mind.

I've downloaded the rest of the trials now and look forward to playing them!

you skipped over the investigation? I have no idea what this trial is about, I have no idea about anything?? But the trial assumes I know about all these pieces of evidences. I have no visual map of the murder scene in mind. It feels like I'm just guessing what's correct instead of figuring out a murder. You need build up, investigation, finding clues progressively, otherwise getting hit with 10 evidence pieces is overwhelming, not to mention you don't know where you found them. I also have no reason to be suspicious of any character at the start of the trial

I really thought this was gonna be the full thing like a Danganronpa investigation/trial, so I'm disappointed. I really think this would have been great if it was the full thing, woulda been great to see the hat characters be forced to interact with each other pre trial.

I did enjoy hearing BREAK though

Genuinely fantastic, characters fit this style perfectly. Could honestly be a game all on its own!

I played this. I have only watched Danganronpa gameplay, but it really felt like an actual Danganronpa game. I finished it, got to the elevator, and I forgot I had the Hat Splat mod..... and I accidentally killed everyone.......... Still going to play the next trial tho.

Genuinely a fantastic mod, absolutely loved playing it from beginning to end and enjoyed the sense of humour.
Seriously make more if you have the time my dude, I want more XD

3 things one maybe atleast show the death of the victim
two put the climactic re-enactment theme in the cliamactic re-inactment scene instead of just music and 1 if you need help with the executions don't be afraid to ask for help

I did make a discussion that has the answer to that since others mentioned difficulties with it. I guess it's not in an easier to see location though...

if there was a vote for who the villain would be,if I could vote, it would be Bow Kid, I mean, Bow Kid, and everyone are in the files. I might be wrong, but isn't the badge still in the files? If it is, that means she could still know about the badge from searching deep inside the files, that would also mean SPOILERS she's basically a Tsmugi clone, who is evil, but they sometimes slip up, and accidentally give the others clues to point them out from the crowd of people, however it would be sweet for a redemption arc.

I actually did find the source of the glitch. If you move through the text too fast, the text at the bottom has to catch up, and if it doesn't end before the question pops up, the keyboard doesn't appear at all.

I've heard about this problem before, but I never ran into it myself and don't know how to dissect and fix it. My best guess is that it's a glitch with the game itself? I don't know though.

When Mustache Girl is being cleared, a question pops up. The answer is clearly "body discovery", but there is no keyboard to type it. I play on controller. Do I need to switch to keyboard or does the mod need an update?

There was a reason. I didn't use characters from DLC2 because the idea was already in progress before DLC2 (It took forever to get this thing out). As for DLC1, I didn't want to alienate those who didn't have the recent DLC or them feeling pressured to get it at the time I was beginning to make this level (Which was shortly after the DLC was released).
