Can you make NPC's stop with the "Stupid dog" comments?

I am insulted by your very disclaimer, but do not find it hateful or demeaning, and thus wish others well with this mod. Thanks for taking the initiative to let us pick and choose what annoying catch phrases guards won't say. (I still stick by the ol' lightning bold for arrow to the knee rule based on the mod the makes that automatically happen if i talk to em enough for them to say that phrase.) It' s a great way to get revenge for annoying npc's catching me in a bad mood. (who's it really gonna hurt to vent ingame, anyway?)
