Is there a way to edit the sounds? I remember there used to be an ability to change the sounds when it started but it doesn't seem to be an option through the patch

@ΛON | Storey I think the mod is abandoned, the last time the op updated any of the mods in his workshop was in 2021. optre should make a similar or reverse engineer it

Hey so I am trying to add rotation to the HEV pod like face south or north east and so on. I have it works in singleplayer but in MP whenever the HEV rotates, it rotates correctly but then immediately snaps back to facing south. I tried looking at the code but I cant seem to understand where that would happen. I noticed that the UP direction vector gets forced aswell.

Are you using the direct drop module, the control panel, or a custom call of it in script?
What are the drop parameters (heights, drop type, etc.)?
Does everyone including the server have the mod installed and up to date?
Are you using the Dev Build of OPTRE?

Getting a problem on our server, after the loading when the timer reaches 0, we get teleported to a corner of the map, without the HEV, in free fall.

Its working fine in locally hosted servers, ive never seen this before and i have no idea whats causing this.

Reason for the following is higher drops are pretty cool but can only be done via the script.. not the ideal way as I like to make a little drop room off map for people. Note: dont know if this is an OPTRE bug or not but ejecting the hevs doors still leaves the doors attached lol.

This is great. Id love to see more options in regards to height settings etc in the drop console, as well as a setting to drop from : none. Reason is we still use the old frigate models.. so spawning out of the new ones can be a bit immersion breaking. But nothing major.

Hi Ansible2, really appreciate the work you're putting in to keep this working. I'm having some issues with the HEV pods at the moment. When I try to launch myself and some friends from the HEV console pods only one pod seems to launch and go through all the stages correctly. The others fail to launch and once they detach just plummet to the ground sometimes going through the floor. Any chance you can help me with this?

I have determined that the "No Ship" parameter is the issue. Changing it to corvette adjusts the drop site to the correct position

I'm trying to write a script to replace the Halo Jump feature in KP Liberation with a HEV drop, and I have every part of the script working EXCEPT the drop moving to the right coordinates. It just spawns directly above the player for me.

so i have a mission using these modules, it launches me but my friend doesnt launch with me. is there a fix for this? btw this mod is so sick thats why i want it to work

Yeah using the latest and it throws the error of it not being signed even though we have the key for the latest in the server keys.

Having an issue saying that this isnt signed properly and is booting people even though I have the Bikey that was included in your mod in my keys folder.

Looks like it's something do with the terrain as it doesn't happen on Malden but does on Stratis. I'll look into it.

@Ansible2 let me give you the low down I place the HEV module down and sync my units to it go into the module switch it to the frigate press play and boom im in my pod and me and the whole ship is tilted a bit also there is an audio delay for the countdown drop noise

Increase the randomX/YVelocity parameter. It affects each pod individually.

Is there a way to randomize/ scatter the drop? Something like adding "... + random [-100,0,100]" to the x and y. Would it work per player or would it only work for groups?
