Disclaimer: This is not a personal attack on the author or anyone who enjoys the mod, please take this as a strongly worded opinion piece from an experienced SOMA modder.
Just when I think no interesting mods will ever come out of this game again, this mod slaps me in the face hard: I am blown away from the creativity, variety and great moments of this cool ass mod. Not only does it amaze with its well coded additional game mode but it also suprises as well with some great scripted moments, although some parts of the level design could use some polishing.
The game mostly takes place as a first person character running around a semi-abandonned testing area, filled with the same bright neon roads we have seen in the racing game mode. It is expansive, detailed and very much a creative and fun place to run around with scripted scares and moments to make you feel as though you are truly breaking down this strange world just by walking around it. Puzzles and light exploring help with breaking the monotomy of holding down the Shift key.
