It took some time to figure out, but this mod apparently affects the YnAEMP v 25 tsl placement of some civilizations, both modded and standard. For example, playing as Denmark, I quickly found out that Sweden (Stockholm) was entirely missing from the large Europe map. I tried with both a modded Sweden (JFD's Karl) and the generic/standard mod. Neither showed up.
