This GTA V mod file's [www.gta5-mods.com] contain the GPS sounds, including what appears to be a modified bingbong without the noise artifact (TONE.wav), maybe it could be a good replacement? I really like this voice pack but I notice the noise everytime :(

@SquirmSquirrel I didn't include that sound file since some for some people that might be a bit off putting for a simulation game.
