As of this posting, to get this mod to function correctly, please make sure to install the Xengine version of this game, located in the betas tab under properties.

Made my day.
If i can remember, I currently have more then half of the audio has been cleaned up and replaced with isolated voice clips that Ross luckily has on his website. The reason the current version of the mod sounds crusty and full of background sounds is due to me just pulling the clips straight out of the episodes.
