The radio station stuff is in the free patch RodentDung - it's jut that the only station is the default game music we already have :)

I don't have the new radio dlc yet. I guess I will have to wait til I get that to hear your fantastic music.

With the way the new radio station thing works, as long as you select the station the music will play no matter who you are. But it’ll play way more than other music if you play as a specific country like the USA for this mod. You can also turn off stations with music you don’t want to hear, that’s what I do depending on the country. Hope this helps.
