When i equip the ai detector The Window of the item Is broken(and dosent show me where the npcs at but The Sound when they are near Works)

what does the bear detector detect? i spawned the ammo crate in the thumbnail, but id does not appear to work. (i spawned the one from hl2:ep2 in case the ammo crate above was from an addon.)
