For some reason this mod on version 1.5 breaks my Menu UI. Everything greys out/missing all text in-game for pause menu, right click actions, etc. Learning Helper gets cut off aside from the top orange bar. Everything is back to normal when this mod gets disabled. Not sure if it's clashing with one of my other mods? Any help would be appreciated

Don't worry, I'm sure it'll happen to at least one or two of the mods. That always happens when mass mod updates get rolled out.

Idk avil it sounds like JoeOwnage can't physically survive without this mod; shame he can't learn to code and spend a large amount of time to give the community new tools to enjoy their game for FREE. Also, avil is probably just waiting for 1.6 to go stable, which is not a crazy thing to do.

trying this with 1.6, i cant strip or stripping prisoners or dead raiders, no settings changed it. a hauling mod also didnt work so i disabled that too.

Looks like someone already addressed the mechanoid problem I was just about to report, I'll +1 on that since it's pretty tedious that you can't even force the Soldat Raiders from The Dead Man's Switch to drop their weapons after death when ever I get pirate raids that include Raider Soldats, or any mechanoids from The Dead Man's Switch really because the main gimmick is that they're capable of picking up various kinds of weapons.

I'm having the same problem as the comment below about the mod's relationship with the mechanoids. I'm using The Dead Man's Switch at the moment and I haven't been able to solve it. When defeated, the mecha displays a "strip" button in the inventory tab, implying that it is necessary to press it to get the equipment when disassembling, but nothing happens. I've already changed many settings of the pinata mod, but without success.

I'll try. In many cases checking if pawn is mechanoid usually dumbs down to checking if it's not anything else, so could be tricky.
Having an issue w/ multiple mech related mods that items equipped by mechs can't be stripped or dissembled, tried w/ Dead man's switch and milira. No errors were thrown during right-click or dissembling actions, and dissemble action returns no loot from them.

Could somehow resolve the issue through turning “outsider drop inventory and equipment” but that also applies to humanlike pawns(which I don't wish to turned on). Would be better if there're options that affect mechs only or apply strip to them if possible

Also vanilla mech w/ CE works fine so no need to check for that

Working pretty well for me with CE & hospitality now.
Make sure to turn off gear drop in hospitality settings & load nup before it. (by default rimpy will load nup after hospitality)

You might also check the settings of nup.

Yeah, apparently it's not compatible with CE. I ran a test using only CE and this mod and pawns still drop their inventory like normal.

Not asking for a patch, just giving a head's up for anyone planning on using CE with this mod.

Turning off the guest gear drop in hospitality options seem's to fix some pawns still droping stuff even with nup loading before hospitality. (not 100% sure of this)

Hospitality's dev is now aware of the issue.

did a test, the only log is from GiddyUp.

Is it the one that downs broken pawns? It's vanilla. I use it often and it didn't cause dropping stuff. So probably a conflict with something. The was an order problem with hospilatity, maybe this? Put it after hospitality.

dont know its vanilla or VPsycastsE, pawns drop everything (just like vanilla) after being casted Word of Serenity.

@Garlic Now that does appear to be something unintended. Downed prisoners should always drop their equipment when they're put into a prison. I'll check it out. I guess it happens because their status doesn't change from regular pawn to prisoner and they don't drop their items because of that.

Why should they? Don't drop means don't drop.
They're supposed to drop their weapons only if you drag them back to prison.

I noticed prisoners who broke out and grabbed weapons don't drop them when they're downed. I guess I can mark in the mod's setting that they will drop their equipment and inventory - for ammos from CE mod - but I fear it will also affect non-prisoners.

for some reason if load this mod after Hospitality our coloniest pawns will drop they Item when downed

can easy fix by place load order this mod before Hospitality mod

Not sure who to speak to, the VFE guys or yourself, but the Warcaskets from the popular mod VFE Pirates can't be commanded to be stripped, and don't auto-strip when cremating. Its logical since their armor is welded to the pawn, but othewise players can't recover any weapons or ammo from them. Would be nice if there was an option.
