Pasta VacBoiiii do you use LOOT? It is free and it organizes your mods so that you have much less chance of them crashing. Usually when they do, it is because the order is wrong. You might try LOOT..it has been really good for me! :)

crash on start...the mod should not be doing that..what you could try is the next time you start a new game try this mod on it`s own and see how you get on with it..as for being broken (no it is not broken as i am using it myself and so is a lot of users)

moonbean30... thank you and i do hope it comes close to what you are looking for...and as for starting a new game you shouldn`t have too as i am doing every mesh in the home apart from the clutter....i can upload pictures here of each room as i finish them i can delete them later and put then on the download page....again thank you...

moonbeam30..i have redone the wall textures so they are now like proud-spire the only thing i have to do now is the furniture though the kids room is finished...and as for doing this you`re welcome....

Thinking it over just a bit, maybe it would be best to do Lakeview in the style of Proudspire..everyone seems to love it just as it is so maybe we should stay with that wallpaper and style of furniture..thanks sooooooo much for doing this!!

I looked at fancy mansion, but to me, it is not really of that era. The furniture looks like from the 1950's. I do love Proudspire, to me that is much more lore friendly......but I don't love the wall paper...maybe plainer walls? Sorry to be so picky, but the house I live in is important to me and I do love the Prepper's mod, so I stay with Lakeview. Thanks so much for your interest!

Thanks so much..I will look at fancy mansion. I do like Lakeview tho for the the adoptive kids and I use Preppers Paradise, which is AMAZING for the outside...but the inside of Lakeview, as I said is just not up to Dragonborn standards with the holes in the floors and crummy walls and sacks of who knows what laying around. I prefer a pretty house Dragonborn can be proud of.

How about Lakeview? It really needs some help. I know there is one similar now, but they require you use their outpost and I really like another outside mod that conflicts with that outpost. Lakeview is my favorite, but not fitting a Dragonborn, in my humble opinion. :)

yes by the time you buy the home and furnish it it`s about 35k all in all ... i`m thinking about doing other homes with this kind of style i don`t know yet..and thank you i`m glad you like it..

See, this is what it SHOULD look like, considering it's the most expensive house in the damn game. Worth, what, 25k gold or something like that? It should look close to a MANSION! Not a pile of shit house that obviously matches the times. (I know things were different back then, but most houses just look the same boring bland and just blaaahhhh)

Amazing, really something that is worth all the septims you have to pay for this house! Only the wood should have some more texture, it looks a little bit too simple. Either carvings or some more wood structure. But beside that... Well done!

lonesome stranger...no nothing special..when i done this i renamed every mesh to try and avoid conflicts and over writing of other mods so if you decide to subscribe hopefully everything will be ok..
