This would more closely fit Molly, though it's still not the same class.
I mean the blue tints aren't great IMHO, but that's a fault of the game itself and there's nothing I can do about that. >.>
Because I wanna paint him blue.
Then there is always Billington's massive L class Baltic tanks (4-6-4T) the last steam locos built for the Brighton main line before the electrics took over.
It's ironic that (I think) all of the engines, even the most famous class, that Billinton designed to replace older models are gone, whereas there are still a couple of William Stroudley locos floating around, like Stepney and Gladstone.
B4: The Cooler Daniel.
Also added a LB&SCR B2 model as well - since it's so similar to the B4 and shares so many assets, there's no point in releasing them seperately. Stats and images are above.
I think at this point to sort of finish off the line-up I really have to start looking at a J or an L, and maybe a Craven single or two, but at the same time It's been nice doing other engines too. Maybe I'll take a crack at something more complicated, like one of the crazier single driver British express engines or something.
My suggestion would be to find a mod with placeable assets and copy the folder to your mod folder and break open the .con and .mdl files with Notepad and have a look around to see how they work (Of my own mods, I'd recommend looking at the Generic Brakevan mod since the file structure is very simple for that mod) . There's also a tutorial on making placeable assets in the guides section IIRC, so be sure to check that out.
How do you create the placeable asset version? I like to create realistic looking train yards and carriage sidings, but after the steam era there are no more placeable versions. Can they be created from the files downloaded by steam or does the author have to package it as part of the mod?
