Report a translation problem
For example, setting SHO_Region_Specialty_Craftwork_2_Fletchers Effect mod_unit_accuracy_all_local to 0, would still show up on the tooltip as "accuracy bonus 0" and then an additional line for the factionwide effect of +8
I assumed your changes would override whatever the other mods do depending on order.
The Hojo Mortar Units still ask for an armory for recruiting.
Can you either add the building back in or remove the requirement for the unit?
Turn 1 on with shimazu your yari samurai should have 6 armour, your yari ashigaru should have 2 armour. if thats isn't the case wouldn't know what to suggest other than reinstall game to be honest. try posting screenshot.
