i know that the house doors in blood harvest 4 are changed as well as some at the begining of hard rain 2

I'm not aware of this mod changing any door textures, all of them are labeled as either "sign", "billboard" or both. Maybe one of these is shared with specific wooden doors?

Don't know how to use those, but if I did, the size of the addon would be massive anyway. Feel free to use this mod as a starting point if you're willing to do it tho.
