Just a few suggestions from the screens (no time at the moment to test them in reality :( )
The little 'spots' on the terrains:
While a smaller amount makes the tilling of the texture more obvious, maybe it would look a bit better by using them less frequently?
I know the terrain texture on its own is very plain, but I think the terrains would look a bit more calm without that much spots... especially if their color is very different from the base color like on the dirt. Desert looks good, on snow the spots could be a bit lighter too I think (and it seems there are no spots on the snow/grass mix?).
But anyway, great work! I'll link it in my HoMM3 soundtrack.
