I've talked to John about increasing enemy spawns, it sounds like it's something they are wanting to implement in the future for Endless arenas :)

@Blaize True that! I was kinda hoping that I could place more than 4 enemy spawners, though when testing it I saw that all other spawners simply don't do anything. Never the less, I'm glad I could help with this lol

Also I'm pretty sure I can remove weapons in the txt file, I recently had problems with placing weapons, as you cannot delete them once you play the map. This is all good to know :p

@GermanPlasma Scripted spawns would be perfect! Oh and we need walls, floors,lights and props from the current scenes like the hospitals, streets, restaurant/dojo, jungle, arctic, and rooftops

Indeed. This is very cool knowledge though, because now you can also make maps that contain recordable scenes AND arena functions :)

@Celer Here's hoping that we can soon make our levels just like the official ones, with custom enemy triggers e.t.c. :D
I really want to make some regular stages, but all enemies instantly rush the player as soon as you shoot once, which kind of destroys the whole effort for the entire map

I also hope we can increase spawns for endless & change enemy loadouts, HP and so on

I just tested it, with

{"Name":"MA/","position":{"x":0.0,"y":0,"z":6.0},"rotation":{"x":0.0,"y":0.0,"z":0.0},"prefabName":"Prefabs/PSX/enemySpawn"}

You can place enemy spawns and with

{"Name":"MA/","position":{"x":0.0,"y":-3,"z":6.0},"rotation":{"x":0.0,"y":270.0,"z":0.0},"prefabName":"Prefabs/PSX/startWaveButton"}

You can place the start wave button.

You are able to add enemy spawns into ANY map style, whether it be endless or regular.
Note: You have to place 4, and only 4. If you place too little, enemies will spawn at a strange position and if you place more than 4, those will just not work.

Just add the text into the .txt file in AppData/LocalLow/BalloonMoose/Maximum Action/Custom/Levels

I believe there is a way to go back into the .txt file and actually add the enemy spawn back. Have you tried making something since then?

I really hope now that NEW BLOOD picked this up we'll get a massive overhaul to everything that will blow us away. The scene creator needs so much work its not even funny. Placeable/moveable spawns. One time I accidentally deleted an enemy spawn and the whole level got ruined (guy wouldn't spawn and next round would never start)

Looking back, and endless version would have been pretty cool. Fingers crossed maybe we'll be able to convert scenes to endless modes and vice versa.
Also the spawn is like that in order to get the height needed for the staircase in the mansion and stuff, since you can't move the player spawn.

Not bad, would have preferred endless version though. also the spawn doesn't look like the movie like with the table and window behind.
