it wasnt fixed in dragonborn but a new armor was added that looked the same but yet had fixed arms called balckguards armor

as someone with dragonborn I can tell you it is not fixed. Only solution was to change FOV through console to around 60

Thank you so much for this. This bug has been really irratating and i wasn't sure if there was a way to fix it. But then i found this mod, again, thank you. :solitude:
