Minor suggestion - Please include at the beginning something about what the mod (in general) does, like for instance:

"for now this mod adds 3 new creatures with new additions to their usual vanilla counterpart"

I only say this, because I'm trying to do youtube reviews of Dino mods and it took me a minute to figure out what yours did, which I am sure others are a little confused as well if they don't completely read through your description fully :)

I like the Saber, very pretty - I'd like to see more information about what you plan in the future, and furthermore, what the creatures do in a more streamlined "quick to read" fashion, better for SEO optimization.

Expediency and simplicity/reliability were prioritized when putting this together, hence no custom models or anything like that and nothing too crazy as far as abilities go.

If I can score the time for it (this year my 3D portfolio is my life), I would like to come in and touch up the custom creatures with new models and animations made from scratch. Pushing a more realistic vibe rather than trying to adhere to ARK's kind of cartoony aesthetic.

I just love the Cryodons, they're just basically Sabertooths on steroids. :D ARK definitely needs more sneaky creatures. However I noticed that Plains Megalania doesn't give toxin - I choose the option to harvest and animation plays but venom does not appear in either my inventory or Mega's (I play sp if that matters). Also I wish we could stop Moth's healing ability - its food goes down crazy fast and it's hard to keep it from starving with only flowers.

What is the rough range of the moth's healing? And how do you turn it off once you on it? Or, is there way to have them heal passively or trigger a healing? Really loving the mod and the creatures in it, mainly just asking because we are thinking of taking them in with us for boss fights and wanted to know if there was a range for them.

@Jelly Gecko Cryodons don't seem to be spawning on Val. Just wondering if it's intentional

none of the admin spawn codes seem to be working, yes ive used the pull path, im running a single player game and all the regular codes work, the animals are spawning I just can't summon them in

@Jelly Gecko...thanks for the reply! I'll have to do some exploring through the redwoods...my tribe doesn't spend much time there, so that's probably why we haven't seen any. Once again, love the mod, cryodons are awesome!

@AJ - Redwoods should be where the Fairy Moths spawn, though I'm wanting to extend their spawns as they don't immediately seem like something that should be limited to that biome.

Just added this mod to our server a week ago, and I love it! We've talked a few Cryodons, and they're awesome attack mounts. I do have a question for those running the mod on Ragnarok. Where do the fairy moths spawn? I haven't seen any in the wild.

Can you do it with wolves?

It's not your mod. I was trying to deduce the cause of an issue on my server, and have ruled this mod out.

@Lesovikk - this is news to me. Try removing the mod and see if normal server behavior resumes.

Are there any issues with this mod on servers? I’m trying to debug my ark server which keeps crashing with a generic fatal error, and this mod updated around the time this started (July 20th or so)

Promising now not to mess with my mods more than once a week going forward lol. Unless there's any breaking (we're talking game/server crashing severe) issues.

@Spider - sorry about that! The update put out yesterday will be the last one for a while. Prior patch was intended to be the point where I stop messing with until there's a *big* update, but there was a dangling issue that needed to be addressed.

Hey I’m using this mod on my server, but every night this mod seems to get an update and a mod mismatch occurs making the server unplayable until I restart the server. Are you actually updating the server or is it just a bug?

Any chance you’ll be making a Rex or tyrannosaurid?

@ [S.G.I] Soulreaver - that's really bizarre, my save-game I have with this mod didn't touch anything about my game world. Never heard of anything like that with a creature mod.

@ Qiue - X is the keybind for going prone, do you have it bound to something different? I've had similar experiences with Garuga's creatures requiring a different key to be pressed to get their non-standard actions to work as I have a custom keybind for crouch (CTRL instead of C)

The roars do not work in any of the dinos, am I doing something wrong? I spawn them with summontamed

Remember to prefix spawn commands with "admincheat" if you're on a dedicated server, too. (Unless you've config'd your server to not need that.)

Maybe make Cryodons spawn similar to the Eqqus Horseys. I see some of them on Val in plains like areas.
