I figure I should mention this, it may seem weird, and feel free to double check me. When playing as Sun Ce, World Betrayed, with this mod active Yuan Shu for some reason never declares himself emperor, meaning Sun Ce never gets that dilemma for parting ways with him and getting reckless luck

is there a way to link reform times to faction level?
Like at the start reforms take 5 turns and at emperor level 2 turns.

我測試了一下黃巾是沒有問題的，有bug的朋友可能是mod衝突，當然也可能是我運氣比較好就是了
