Yes! Just load the selection of the alpha channel of the emblem, enter quick mask, gaussian blur 0,5~1,0, exit quick mask, fill selection!

I think I can figure out the gaussian blur, but what's the mask for? Tracing over the original emblem?

I used mask + gaussian blur in Photoshop! Does that make sense to you? If not, I migh be able to set up a tutorial!

How'd you make this? The fuzzy effect on the outside of the emblems is really nice, and I'd like to recreate it.

Hmmm, that might have something to do with the relatively low resolution of the original images. I’ll see if I can do something about it!

It's mostly some of the "blocky" ones. But I also like the "crisp" look of the "Just More Flags" emblems.

Love this mod. I will say some of the emblems look "fuzzy" but I don't know if that can be helped.
