if you are planning a tainted version here is an idea: you can make him start with an empty heart container and 1/2 of a black heart.

Could you pls let him start with small rock (Cain kills him with one) or betrayl (he got betrayled by his brother) or backstabber (he got backstabbt by cain).

this doesnt really make sense for like biblical connotations? I think that it wouldve been cooler to give cain a special modded curse similar to the one given to him by God. I'll be honest tho, I bloody love this mod. It encourages rational and resourceful play, along with having good stats so that he basically isn't a regular challenge character like ??? or the Lost. It all balances out, and I like that.
