@Axel-of-Atheara, here's an excerpt from DAS script description:

Gyro Stabilisation & Assisting
GSA takes control over gyroscopes of a vehicle. The orientation of gyroscopes in a vehicle doesn't matter. Following functionality provided by GSA:
Aligning to the gravity vector, or surface curve. Surface curve evaluation requires a downward camera(s). In midair fall GSA will slightly tilt vehicle up to preact for landing.
Axel-of-Atheara 25 Oct, 2021 @ 4:26pm
@gar_krol, what is the camera on the belly for?
gar_krol  [author] 21 Oct, 2021 @ 5:21pm
@Axel-of-Athear, gyroscopes are controlled by the DAS script (there's a link in the description). There are several blocks needed for this script to function properly. Usually the described behaviour occurs when the script is running, but there is no remote control block for this script to align with. So try to follow steps 8 and 9 in the description to avoid this.
Axel-of-Atheara 21 Oct, 2021 @ 4:43pm
Oh, Are the gyroscopes supposed to be on override? That is what was causing my issues apperently.
Axel-of-Atheara 21 Oct, 2021 @ 4:29pm
@gar_krol, Yeah I was the one who missed something. I forgot to build the conveyor tubes behind the cockpit. I did have another question, how would you recommend I start building one in survival? I tried building it on a pole connected to my base via a rotor, unfortunately, when I ground the connecting block off in my creative world, it clanged out and started rolling around. Obviously, I don't want that to happen in survival
gar_krol  [author] 21 Oct, 2021 @ 7:21am
@Axel-of-Atheara, well... You must have missed something. H2/O2 gen is connected directly to oxygen tank, which is connected to rear right cryo, which is connected through conveyor system to everything else. I've doublechecked it just now. Ice is going fine all the way to H2/O2 gen through connector. Maybe your conveyors are damaged somewhere. :se:
Axel-of-Atheara 20 Oct, 2021 @ 8:45pm
@gar_krol, I was building this on my multiplayer server and I was wondering if you know that the H2/O2 gen isn't actually connected to the survival kit and that it's also apparently inaccessable from the connector. was this done intentionally?

@Yohrus, Bonjour.

gar_krol  [author] 17 May, 2020 @ 7:37am
@AngryDuck!, I've tested it today for a while and it it was ok. Despite the old version of the script. I can't update the blueprints with the new version of the script anyway. I stuck in another city away from my main PC. So sorry about any inconveniences. In your particular case — maybe it's just that you've got difference ownership of the parts of your ATV. Or you've lost some crucial parts and rebuild them but didn't recompile the script after that. Or something. It is always easier to unify ownership and add latest version of the script though. That's why I've suggested it first place. Anyway, good luck and thanks for choosing Kamba ;)
AngryDuck! 16 May, 2020 @ 9:22pm
I'm guessing the version in the Kamba-E blueprint is out of date then?

I'll give it a try, thanks :)
gar_krol  [author] 16 May, 2020 @ 6:36am
Hello, @AngryDuck! That's a bit strange. And I can't check it at the moment. Try to update script to it's latest version.

You need to subscribe to this script in Steam Workshop, then in the game select the Programmable Block > Edit > Browse Workshop, add newly subscribed script from the list, press Check Code and OK. Also check that all of the blocks are owned by you.
Hope this will help!

I'm having a recurring issue with the wheels on this build. Periodically, the wheels will start either working against each other, or the two front and two rear wheels will lock and only the centre two wheels will drive. The result is that the rover becomes locked in place (or if it's in motion, it'll flip and roll and spin itself apart). It takes a relog to get it to start working again.

Is this an issue with the script? Disabling and rerunning the script doesn't correct the issue, and I don't have this issue with any of the other wheeled vehicles I've built, so I don't think it has anything to do with the wheels themselves. I don't know anything about how the scripts work, so I can't figure out if there's any issues with the code itself.

Any idea what's causing this?
gar_krol  [author] 26 Feb, 2020 @ 2:03pm
@Uurinho, thank you! I'm glad you've made it!
Uurinho 26 Feb, 2020 @ 12:52pm
finally i can do that but i dont know how :D awesome atv keep it up wait for the new ones
Uurinho 26 Feb, 2020 @ 10:50am
oh i think my fault. " without placing anything by hand and without accessing the cockpit until the whole thing is complete" i think i skipped this part. i build cockpit first. i try one more time without the cockpit. thanks for explanation.
gar_krol  [author] 26 Feb, 2020 @ 10:34am
@Uurinho, sorry about that. Try to follow these steps with enabled projection, without placing anything by hand and without accessing the cockpit until the whole thing is complete:
1. Build all blocks between suspensions
2. Build suspensions
3. Access the control panel by pressing K on the Hydrogen Engine conveyor port
4. In the control panel select all the wheel suspensions that HAVE wheels and set the Height Offset to 26.0 cm
5. In the control panel select all the wheel suspensions that DON'T HAVE wheels and press Add Wheel button
6. In the control panel select all the wheel suspensions and set the Height Offset to -32.0 cm
7. Exit the control panel and continue building with enabled projection
8. When you build the programmable blocks, access the Progblock DAS through control panel and turn it off until the build is complete.
9. When the build is complete turn on the Progblock DAS and recompile the script

Hope that will help

@Mittons, I'm very glad that you like it!
Mitts 5 Feb, 2020 @ 6:17am
@gar_krol many thanks and it was an excellent design to start with, the cryo pods being especially helpful on the server.

@Mittons, sure! You are welcome! Nicely done! And thanks for the credit ;)

I have published so that my server can start using it before waiting:

Credit to you is on both workshop pages, let me know if there are any issues.

Hi there - May I please have permission to republish a heavily modified version of this?

I have removed the scripts, changed the cockpit to vanilla, added some blocks to the sides, repositioned and changed the side LCDs and coded it into a respawn vehicle for my servers use (one version with Build & Repair and one without).

I will provide credit and links back you and this page.

the cybertruck is a masterpiece and masterpieces cannot be rushed. if it takes 4 centuries to create then that is ok. as long as im alive to see it
gar_krol  [author] 2 Dec, 2019 @ 5:57pm
@long chin man I'm flattered and will give it a go as soon as I'll get to my PC which is in another town at the moment. And alas, my laptop is not suitable for this task.

gar_krol  [author] 1 Sep, 2019 @ 5:45am
@ONE HUNDRED MILLION, You need the Style Pack DLC for the textures. Not the Decorative Pack. These are two separate DLCs
long chin man 1 Sep, 2019 @ 4:57am
yea decorative dlc the beds industrial cockpit etc. i only got the clean texture though and thats it. il try it tomorrow n see if its still weird and look into the issue:HeartPix:
gar_krol  [author] 1 Sep, 2019 @ 4:55am
@ONE HUNDRED MILLION, Hm.. Try to ask support.. Or maybe you've got the wrong DLC? There are three of them
long chin man 1 Sep, 2019 @ 4:43am
i have the dlc but i only really got the "clean skin" texture for my colour palette. i have all the blocks etc but its just not showing at all and its pretty strange tbh. any ideas?
gar_krol  [author] 1 Sep, 2019 @ 3:18am
@ONE HUNDRED MILLION, I'm glad you like it ;) You can get carbon fiber from the Style Pack DLC. It's in the description:

Style Pack is eligible for carbon fiber armor elements but not mandatory

long chin man 1 Sep, 2019 @ 1:55am
oh sorry wheres my manners btw i fucking love this
long chin man 1 Sep, 2019 @ 1:55am
why does it have carbon fibre textures and where do i get it
gar_krol  [author] 26 Aug, 2019 @ 3:08am
@The_BigHead, you're welcome! I'm glad that everything's ok and that you like this rover :steamhappy: Have a great game!
The_BigHead 26 Aug, 2019 @ 1:45am
@gar_krol Thanks for the help. I only started playing this game recently so I am still learning the controls. The problem I couldn't move the vehicle but could turn the wheels. This was fixed once I pressed P.

Thanks again for your help and for creating such a cool looking rover :8bitheart:
gar_krol  [author] 25 Aug, 2019 @ 7:46pm
@The_BigHead, these failure messages are about systems that were not used on this rover. Like artificial mass, sound etc. So it is ok. Regarding your problem with wheels.. Can you move at all or you can move but just can't turn sideways? Check the brakes — P key or 1 in the vehicle console. Try to recompile the script (there's a button for that), try to run the Progblock DAS with "start" argument... And finally you can try to update script in the programmable block to get the most recent version from the Workshop.
The_BigHead 25 Aug, 2019 @ 9:35am
I have already tried all that, and unfortunately the DAS system keeps telling me failure:
