I've got this problem, sometime you just have to save your project, close DPS launch it again and re-export your map. if it persists write me back.

if the subscription by the SteamWorkshop doesn't work try this : Once the program has started you can find the MODS button (top right). A pop-up will open in which is the list of all the tileset packs. Search for ATE and click on the "install pack" button that .
