Excellent Mod, The vanilla setting AAF and CIV needs some love. The backstory you included is a great thing. Also I think the usage of jumpsuits adds to the look of a "dictatorial" police force, that is great since the Altis is dictatorship. Noticed a possible bug or missing file when I open up a Police Officer in the Editor.

@Roma_Invictus The Altis Police is integrated into the vanilla civ fraction, you will find all under civ cars, helis and men.
