After "planetary view" -> "capture meteors" -> "send" the rocket is selected and the camera is centered on her. No entries in the log.

After enabling the mod, all notifications stop the select/zoom behaviour which I assume is not intended.
Some days ago (before the 19. Sep. update) this was working.
i.E. clicking the "Buildings Not Working" notification no longer selects/zooms to the affected bulding.
