Reading the few dissatisfied comments which I came across, some people forget that the First Response Collection is only a handful of re-skins (at least as of right now), and they don't change the game in any huge or revolutionary way, but they were never meant to do so in the first place.
This collection isn't for people who are oblivious to [or immediately discontented with] anything less than a major aesthetic/gameplay overhaul. The people who'll appreciate this collection (and others like it) are those who want to modify the aesthetics of Black Mesa whilst not revamping them to the point where it feels excessive and palpably detracts from the 'purity' of the game, which is something many other mods fail miserably to even consider.
First Response is a collection of smaller and more subtle changes that nonetheless make Black Mesa much more beautiful and enjoyable.
Brilliant work. 10/10.
@1337 Days is that an issue :(?
