Perhaps replace Spain's 1936 anti-tank gun with the 25 mm Hotchkiss since it was used by Republican Spain historically.

Replace INA Model 1953 Madsen with INA Model 1938 Thompson (Concept) I did this because the INA Madsen is a bit too early for 1939 slot. However, since it's base off of Madsen Model 1950. I reused the image for the following country.

1940 heavy cruiser: http://www.shipbucket.com/drawings/8361 (This is Ansaldo's proposal which looks quite different from the Italian icons found in Lamp's. The icon might have to be custom)
Battlecruiser I: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Hood#/media/File:HMS_Hood_(1921)_profile_drawing.png (The Admiral Class better reflects postwar design changes from lessons learnt from Jutland when the Spanish battlecruiser plan was considered.)
From doing more research, there was speculation that Spain would purchase the 283mm guns which were originally from Gneisenau after her refit which armed her with 380mm guns. This means that it's safe to assume that their 1940 battlecruiser would have been a derivative of the Scharnhorst class.

For an indigenous destroyer for Spain, use the Audaz class destroyer which was laid down in 1945. It looks like the 1944 German destroyer icon.
Should use the American icons since Brazil brought cruisers from the US postwar and it would make sense to use them.
Light cruisers:
1922: Should use the Japanese icon since it looks very similar to the Bahia class
1936: Brooklyn class since Brazil brought the USS Philadelphia and USS St. Louis postwar
1940 and beyond should use US icons
Destroyers:
1922: Should use the British icon since the Maranhão was originally and Acasta class destroyer.
Battleships:
1922: Should use the French icon since the Courbet and Minas Gerais class are both similar in appearance
1936: Should use the Japanese icon since the rebuilt Kongo looks like the Raichuelo design but modernised
1940 and beyond should use French icons since France sold the Foch to Brazil which is another capital ship
Carriers:
1922: Should use the French icon since the Bearn was an older battleship which underwent conversion
1936: Should use the Italian icon since it is more simple in design
1940: Should use the British icon since Brazil brought a carrier from Britain
1944: Should use the French icon since Brazil brought the Foch
1940: Should use the 1940 Japanese battleship icon in Lamp's icons (Based on the 1943 treaty battleship proposal for Argentina Source: https://forum.worldofwarships.com/topic/219118-argentina-37000-tons-wish/)
1944: Should use the 1944 Japanese battleship icon since it's an evolution of the previous one
