Currently the mod hasn't been updated since 22 Jul, 2019, so if the author reads this, i'd be be happy to see it make a return.
a simple reason
because it adds new body parts that don't exist in actual game
so when you will load the game with the new body parts...
pawns will simply lack them and die because they don't have a pancreas or something

@Karmapowered no, prosthetic part basically have same HP like normal body part. it also can have injuries like normal part. Bonus HP is from "Elite Bionics Framework", a framework to support HP addition on prosthetic part.
This addon mod is just to increase difficulty. It add more body part to maintained if there have injury.
I'm sorry if you have addressed this concern somewhere else in your documentation but does your framework account for that ?
I am sold on MSE, just still hesitating on using this addon, so your advice would be appreciated.

First 4 mods are: HugsLib, QE, MSE, Real Organism. Eyes and arms still don't rot. Haven't tested with other bodyparts.
