Another fantastic mod I can't use anymore. Man I hate that as much as I love this.

I hope this mod does get an update eventually. I like the idea of expanded medical parts but at the moment some things can't be replaced, some parts seem to completely ignore armour / get destroyed too easy, and just in general there's certain parts like the missing metabolism / missing part for moving that can destroy a colonist with such a minor injury.

Currently the mod hasn't been updated since 22 Jul, 2019, so if the author reads this, i'd be be happy to see it make a return.

After some more work and a bit of cheating the only way to rebuild this arm is to replace every piece as they show in the health tab. (next module slot) So is it currently impossible to make a fully bionic arm using this mod?

@Oreno So I have to ask this, but first let me explain. One of my pawns got attacked by an animal and his shoulder was ripped off. currently I am trying to rebuild his arm. I made a bionic shoulder and have the modular tech but cannont figure out what I need to use to replace the parts added by this mod. is it just not in the mod yet?

Not sure if you are aware or if it's by design but in BodyParts_General.xml the part Pharynx has no spawnThingOnRemoved tag. Found out as i was making a patch so i can grow the new organs with the questionable ethics enhanced mod

the werewolves mod seems to break by removing the jaw, tongue and tooth and the claws seem to remove every finger on the hand

a simple reason

because it adds new body parts that don't exist in actual game
so when you will load the game with the new body parts...
pawns will simply lack them and die because they don't have a pancreas or something

nice mod, however does anyone know how to replace a sacrum? like, which body part do I need to harvest from someone else so that the sacrum gets replaced too?

@Boldimore the yellow warning can be ignored. It's because part has more coverage from what it should. i tested it with all really popular mod in steam and already tested it doesn't have that issue. maybe another mod also add part like this mod so that make too many child part on part and then throw that yellow warning. or maybe updated animal mod.

@Chaos Legion new update on mse mod fix it. for body part with less hp, i will fix it on the next update.
@Karmapowered no, prosthetic part basically have same HP like normal body part. it also can have injuries like normal part. Bonus HP is from "Elite Bionics Framework", a framework to support HP addition on prosthetic part.
This addon mod is just to increase difficulty. It add more body part to maintained if there have injury.

Also separating spine into several parts with less HP leads to a lot of pawns being immobiilized from a single pistol shot. Tail bone and thoracic spine with 8 Hp make pawns acutally more fragile. Secondly I cannot harvest wrist from pawns. Either a bug or me being extremely unlucky.

I am no organ harvester (I am a heretic, I know), however I'm a bit concerned (like with any other Bionics mods) about the addition of parts making pawns (and their enemies) much healthier than they should (HP per part).

I'm sorry if you have addressed this concern somewhere else in your documentation but does your framework account for that ?

I am sold on MSE, just still hesitating on using this addon, so your advice would be appreciated.

Removed bodyparts considered a food source (nom-nom) and cannot be hauled from prisoner room which takes extra clicks for every item to haul it to fridge manually. Any way to solve it ? I do have tons of mods but yours is the last one in load order so. )))

Yeah now I have 4 guys bedridden because they lost some part and can't walk and I can't figure it out :/

One of my guys' lumbar spine is shattered, and I cannot seem to find any way to fix it, he's been unable to walk for 6 days

Ok so I did some testing. I run my games with 80+ mods, so I put those mods on the top slots.
First 4 mods are: HugsLib, QE, MSE, Real Organism. Eyes and arms still don't rot. Haven't tested with other bodyparts.

Eyes and arms do not rot if not refrigerated. Also eyes do not have rejection problems, don't know if it is intended

@Arkantos Eli you don't need to. for now the only option is harvest from another pawn or raider. in the next update i'll update the mod to include prosthesis part.
